In this episode, I interview Dr. Chuck Hodges who is an associate professor and the program director of Instructional Technology Program at Georgia Southern University (http://coe.georgiasouthern.edu/itec/). Dr. Hodges is also the associate editor of the journal TechTrends (https://aect.site-ym.com/?techtrends). Dr. Hodges shares his work in the area of learner self-efficacy in technology-rich learning environments. He provides his perspective on areas that instructors and instructional designers should focus on when designing instruction that helps enhance learner self-efficacy.
